I went to Raymour & Flanigan Furniture because they sent me an invitation to one of thier famous sales. The customer rep let it sound so good. I ended up purchasing a living room set. Love seat and two queen ann chairs that recline. They told me it would take 6 to 8 wks and when it finally arrived the queen ann chairs were damaged. The screws were fallen out and the legs were scatch up and the pading on the chairs were sewn in wrong so I send it back. This took another 8 weeks for me to get new chairs. But I should have cancelled the order then. It has been a nightmare since then, I have only had this furniture since August of 2002 less than a year. The Queen Ann chairs you can not sit in them because they are very shakey and squeak. I have called on the problem area and they told me the only thing they can do is send someone out. I explain to them that someone already came and the furnitures is just no good, and I wanted to return it. She said that can not be done, she can only send someone out to look and do the repairs. So the repair man came and he could not even fix the problem his solution was to order me new chairs and covers for the love seat. I told him I wanted them to take back thier junky furniture….I am fed up with this krapp of a furniture Althea springfield, MassachusettsnU.S.A.
