On or about August 30,2007 I purchased a doll ( Miguel )I was unhappy with the product returned it.I was told she( JOy ) would refund 136.00.She never did therefore she said she would make me another doll and I would pay the difference,It was a mess.I paid the full amount of 136.00 and she also took 181.99 and send me the doll.I received the doll,It was bad quality The hair was falling out. Joy said it will shed for a few days but I kept it in the box took a look at it afetr a few days and I called the owner ( Joy) She said she would refund the money to just mail the doll back,She never did.I contacted my bank,They gave me a temporary credit but,This woman ( JOY ) recently send My bank a letter stating that I damaged the doll,Which I did not at that point the bank reversed the temporary credit and took the money because Reallife Dreamland Babbies refused to pay. .I actually took pictures of it before I send it back,JOy called me one day and asked ” How long ago did you mail this?”” I told her the exact day and I have all my postal papers including insurance on the product.Joy stated that she had been away for a few days and the doll was left in front of the house.I explained that it may be the postmans error because I paid for signature required delivery. She never once said the doll was damaged until I disputed with the bank. I have tried to get my money from her since September and I last spoke to her over the phone 11/29/2007. She said it will be resolved and I would recieve an email on 11/30/2007 stating that the issue has been resolved well
It hasn’t so
I tried to call her again.She hung up on me and will not anwer my calls.I think people that can not do honest business should not be allowed to sell any products period.Her license should be suspended.She is trying to keep my hard earned money and it is not rightfully hers. nAlicianWoonsocket
