Company sends demand letters even after you submit insurance

We submitted proof of insurance to complete the loan process, so this is unnecessary to begin with. Instead of being asked to verify insurance, we received an aggressive demand letter threatening to charge us $8,100 if we didn’t submit proof of insurance. We did immediately. They didn’t acknowledge it, no email confirmation, website still says that we haven’t submitted. I called and they confirmed that I had submitted. A month later I got another demand letter. I called and was told there was a discrepancy (not with my insurance, but with their records). They refused to provide any confirmation of my conversations, the fact that I submitted and have valid insurance, and the website still says that I didn’t submit anything. This reeks of fraud.

It has many negative reviews online. I would highly recommend you do your research well before considering them.

There have been various reports of fraud and scams. It is definitely not a company worth your trust or money.

I have tried multiple websites and also their official channel. Yet no response or resolution.

There are a lot of mentions on the Internet regarding their founders indulging in illicit activity and consumers taking them to court.
