Saying I have to pay for a free trial that has been cancelled
I went to order the skin cream on the website. I filled in my address and name, etc., on the free trial box on the right side of the page. After doing this it says would you also like another free trial of our eye cream, and I definetly clicked on No. After that is said that I had ordered two free trials instead of just one that I wanted. So I figured that I wouldn’t complain yet and just receive them and then send them back withing the 14 day free trial. I called on the phone and cancelled the order after 7 days, well within the 14 day free trial. They gave me a cancellation on the phone, and I sent both of the creams back. They are now saying that I only cancelled one free trail, and not both. Now they are charging me $93.00 for the one they say I did not cancel. This is a scam because I did not click it on in the first place to buy two creams. Just one , as they were sent back anyway. They say that they have received them both back.This charge is on my credit card and I would like it taken off. This Website has not address on their page or way to contact. I only had and 800 number with the purchase E-Mail to call, buy when called they will tell you nothing, and have no one manageing them and will not give out a name.
