Credit card reduced interest service

In 2015 about June time frame company called stating the could reduce the interest rate on a couple of credit cards. I agreed to service and they attempted to charge my credit card and the fraud department of my carrier identified it as suspicious and called me and informed me it was a scam. Charge was declined. I received a collection letter dated 2/25/16 from NEO financial services. Called on this and a female named Lisa Thomas demanded $447.60 be sent to an address in Florida by the end of the day or she would process for judgment. I attempted to ask why I had not been sent a bill for services and she said that the company robo bills and I did not answer the phone. Then I attempted to get further explanation and she became very short and rude demanding payment.

It has many negative reviews online. I would highly recommend you do your research well before considering them.

There have been various reports of fraud and scams. It is definitely not a company worth your trust or money.

I have tried multiple websites and also their official channel. Yet no response or resolution.

There are a lot of mentions on the Internet regarding their founders indulging in illicit activity and consumers taking them to court.
