I ordered a replacement pair of glasses. Shortly thereafter, they claimed that the glasses they had received were damaged. What followed was a nightmare trying to get the glasses or a refund. Despite the fact that I told them not to reorder the glasses, they refused to refund the full amount. I have now worked through my credit card company to have the charges reversed. Their ‘customer service’ (aka Becky S.) is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have dealt with at a company. She has been argumentative and disrespectful.
