I ordered a mattress from these folks on Feb 23rd and was told it would ship in five business days. I never got a tracking number so I called the following week. They told me they got a wet load of foam and had to re order and my mattress would go out within the next week. So again I called a week later and was told that they were moving their warehouse and production to Miami and it would ship either Friday or Monday….Wednesday the 14th of March I spoke with a sales rep Sheri and she told me to give them till the 16th and she would personally call me back and tell me what was going on and when to expect my mattress. Friday came and went. So Monday the 19th I called and spoke with a Shipping manager. He said he was printing the labels and the bed would ship out either that night or the next day. When I looked at my account it stated it was paid in full and shipped out on the 19th of march….It is now the 29th. I have tried to call these people since the 21st of March to make sure all was well, now I get put on hold and am first or second in line, stay on hold for about two to four minutes then get told Im sorry we missed your call please leave a message and someone will call you back as soon as possible….Well I have left like 10 messages and not one person has called, left them SEVERAL emails and none have been answered. So they cannot be contacted by phone or email to find out what is going on. Just a rip off as far as I am concerned. What a horrible company to deal with.
