Brand new item, right out of the box and only half of it works. Wanted to return it for refund. According to their rules, they will not refund any of the shipping costs and want a 10% handling fee for dealing with defective equipment. So, they won’t refund the orginal shipping, want me to pay to sent it back to them and then want an additional 10% to “handle” their defective product!…This is a portable CD player that orginally cost $26.80 plus $8.85 shipping. So far I am out $35.65 for a faulty product. Now I am suppose to sent it back to them, at my expense and then they will give me back $24.12. I just checked with the US Postal service web site and return postage is $11.49….Lets total this up: CD player $26.80, orginal shipping $8.85, return shipping $11.49 plus 10% handling fee $2.68 for a grand total of $49.88. How much am I going to get back? $24.12. This place is trying to RIP ME OFF for $25.76. I am not going to throw good money after bad – this puppy is headed for the trash.
