Payday Loan America is a Scam

This company obtained my information for an online loan application and offered me a loan on $5,000.00. Once the application process was completed, they required me to send money to activate the loan via money-pak cards and western union to a Dorothy Simpson in Waterloo IOWA. $1,600.00 later there was no loan and the so called Central Office Manager Mr. David Goldman at 1-347-766-6013 continued not to take my calls once I asked for a refund of my money or the companies federal tax ID#. This company uses magic jack phone numbers and is most likely not a US company. Beware!!!

It has many negative reviews online. I would highly recommend you do your research well before considering them.

There have been various reports of fraud and scams. It is definitely not a company worth your trust or money.

I have tried multiple websites and also their official channel. Yet no response or resolution.

There are a lot of mentions on the Internet regarding their founders indulging in illicit activity and consumers taking them to court.
