Refusing to refund product cost when informed it didn’t work as advertised

Ordered 4 bottles in April, 2018. Received later that month and began using product on May 1, 2018. Product didn’t work but was told to keep using as it takes longer than 30 days(which happens to be the deadline for returns) . Kept using for entire 4 bottles and still nothing. Requested return for credit from Rejuvalex and received denials from Shapiro MD Team that it was beyond 30 days. When I called, nice lady says I was sent emails 3 times denying return credit. I received emails from Shapiro MD but never from Rejuvalex. I also tried the Shapiro MD shampoo product which also doesn’t work and which also denied return for credit.

It has many negative reviews online. I would highly recommend you do your research well before considering them.

There have been various reports of fraud and scams. It is definitely not a company worth your trust or money.

I have tried multiple websites and also their official channel. Yet no response or resolution.

There are a lot of mentions on the Internet regarding their founders indulging in illicit activity and consumers taking them to court.
