Won’t Refund My Account
I have called this company several times expressing my disappointment and concern as to why my bank account was charged $89.99 after two weeks of a trial, when the trial is stated to be 30 days. I have asked for a refund, and they keep telling me that once I receive the product, I can return it for a refund. I haven’t received the product and it’s been two weeks. I asked for a tracking number, and the one they sent me is for the trial, not for the $89.99 charge. Everyone I talk to barely speaks English and it makes it impossible for me to try and communicate what I’m looking to do.
