Tried Row44, a new ‘in-cabin internet service’ on a Southwest flight and my experience was horrible for two reasons:(1. Row44’s service is awful. (2. They double-billed me. First, the service – it’s worse than dialup, you always keep dropping connection, and you can’t really DO anything about it since it just doesn’t work and there’s no one to contact about it to fix it. They advertise this great service, then you pay their fee and they slap you with horrible, spotty service that did me more worse than good – I could’ve been working on a document, but instead I tried to make the d**n internet work for 2 hours. Second, their billing is the little sucker punch at the end of the ride. I noticed on my bill they hit me up twice for the SAME thing, exact same price, and it still hasn’t gone away. I can’t get them to fix it, either. So all in all, stay away from these guys. Totally unprofessional and just smells like a scam.
