Complaint: I have order a bag from saksoff5th.com which is a well-known website specialized in selling the high-end brands. The order was submitted on November and my shippment was late, and i kept following up with them and they informed me that the product is not available and they are trying to provide it, however a month later, i recieved a cancellation email from BorderFree on December, and i have been contacting Saksoff5th since December 2018 untill today 10th of March 2019, and they are not supporting the redund !!! I have spent +1000$ in my orders, and I am very disappointed with the customer servise, they take days to respond and untill today i did not recive my refund. Be careful!
