Bought my wife a bottle of fruit punch which she picked out at this store. The bottles in the fridge had small splotches on them which we thought at first might have been another soda product that might have sprayed on the other products. Washed the bottle off after purchasing it and my wife after taking a sip tells me the drinks bad. Lifting off the price label, which was covering the experation date we discovered that the product expired in September of 2005, and it is May of 2006 now. I talked to the owner who was very rude and stated I send him the hospital bill should she get sick, yet did nothing to remove the bad product from his shelves. nLooking further in the store, a lot more expired products were found like pepridge farm cookies expired 2004. The splotches on thebottles turned out to actually be mold growing on the bottles. The store owner absolutely refuses to follow the health laws put down by the food and drug administration and if the expiration dates are small enough to be hidden, the owner will do this. nThey have a gumball machine thats huge and the gumballs in it are 3 years old or more that are sunbleached so badly that some have almost lost their dark color. nI have viewed children going into the store buying foods and I doubt they have checked the expiration dates. This store needs to be closed down. Its not a mistake, its the owner believing he can get away breaking the law and Im sure even if the board of health gives a warning, it would only be a matter of time before he just continues to sell bad product again. nIm uploading some pictures I took outside the store. nScottnSanbruno, CaliforniaU.S.A.
