My wife ordered a night gown for our honeymoon in May of 2002 this is now January 2003 and we still have not received the night gown and they charged our account on the day we ordered it. We also have not received a credit to our bill. They have our credit card number and the expire date. We call them and they never return our calls the box is to full, this person does not handle this you will have to call a different place, we continue to get the run around on this.
