Food and the show at Luau were so so, not impressive, at least of what I was able to see till rain closing it all down. I called Savontourshawaii.com the next day and no answer, only messages came on. I have sent emails asking if any refund or rescheduling but no response. I did get to eat and saw some of the show so no refund nor rescheduling? Nevertheless, she should at least respond. It was very disappointing. No support at all.
