Last year May 2016 Seaborne Airlines ran ads in the San Juan Star newspaper stating that if you open a new corporate account or make a deposit in an existing corporate account that they would give you a gift certificate for the same amount good for six months. After repeated correspondence with them I made a purchase and took a trip to the Dominican Republic. I noticed at the time they did not use the certificate (That I was never issued). It struck up something in my mind why they did not ask or mention it. After six months I e-mailed the accountant that I was in contact with during the process (Dagna I. Ballester / Corporate Support Accountant) and asked about getting the certificate extended. His reply was no and that I did not have a certificate. I reminded him thatu2019s why I opened the account for the certificate and that I wanted to cancel it. That was about six months ago and after multiple e-mails, certified mails and certified mails to the CEO Ben Munson I still donu2019t have the consideration of a refund nor any reply. Today I called the corporate office and left a message and still not even a reply. Iu2019m filing a complaint with the FAA and the FTC and then I will take legal action to get a refund and also for damages. I will follow up on Thursday April 27, 2017.
