i worked for sears for 37 years. in 1986 the company started treating employee’s like they were not needed, a downward spiral ever since. the new breed of management are very hardnosed uncaring get ahead social climbers… really poor customer service… nmy family does not buy anything from sears anymore,,we get much better service and prices from other local merchant’s.retiree discount’s and sales are offered to anyone now..that is a rip of… ni went to get a brake job on my pick up last month and showed my lifetime brake warrenty paper’s and the rude sob manager would not honor it. i mailed the warrenty to sears hdqtr’s and never recieved a reply. ni will never send a customer to sears again. i dont care if what i want is a few buck’s more, i wont give them the satisfaction of making money off of me… i really would like to see them fail… nElliotnsuisun, CaliforniaU.S.A.
