Unable to get a human response from JCS or


My Complaint: Went to the web site to start being able to receive call from adult detention center was rerouted to JCS for inmate call savings joined with debit card and was given a phn number then rerouted to securus web site had to start a service with them plus use my debit card again only received two calls from inmate paid over 100 dollars between both companies neither one will give me the time of day nor no way to contact a human! and I’m rubbing two pennies to make a dime and could not afford this at all theft is theft my inmate is paying the price for his wrong doings who holds the call service companies accountable from stealing from a naive first time inmate call service user? My children and i cannot even hear from my husband /dad because i cannot get no response at all Please please In Jesus Name Help me.
