My church purchased a travel insurance “Cancel for Any Reason”” policy with Seven Corners for a Fall trip to Israel. I became very sick and I was in the hospital for the entire month of August. My church was able to refund most of the travel expenses to me except for a $600 non-refundable deposit. They told me that the Seven Corners policy would cover that. nI submitted all the validation paperwork asked for by the Seven Corners policy and then had a quick phone call from them saying they had received that documentation. After a month of waiting
I started calling them. I called 4 times and left messages on their answering machine. Not once did they call back. On one of the later calls
I was put on hold for over an hour. My wife also called 2 times without any response. nAt that point
I filed a complaint with the Indiana Better Business Bureau. While that was being processed
I got a form letter from Seven Corners saying they had closed my case due to lack of response. I responded by sending a registered letter documenting my claim that they had to sign for. Recently
