Refusing to refund money I deposited for a loan I never received

My Complaint: I was approved for a short term loan, asked to make a collateral deposit several times totaling $1,828.00 never received the loan since December 3,2013 and have not received a refund up to today’s date 2/10/14 and all my attempts to contact them have proved futile so far. I am a single parent who was left without any money for Christmas and as a result of losing that collateral now have my bills backed up with additional charges. I made several requests for my refund all to no avail. Please help me in this matter. Thanks.

My Demand: Full refund of my deposit since I never received a Loan from them I need to recoup my collateral in full
