While on vacation in Cabo San Lucas May of 2013, our family was approached by a representative for Signature Residence Club. His name was Kevin and he used to fly for AirCanada. He made us a promise that if we sold our timeshare to them, they would give us $2,000 above the price we initially paid. They said that we would recieve the money within thirty days from returning to the our home. When we got home, we called Premier Property Management regarding getting paid for our timeshare and they stated that we would need to pay another $600.00 to put our vacation package on the market. At the time we did not understand that we could have probably called our credit card and cancelled the whole transaction. We proceeded and paid the extra amount to Premier Property Management and then we were told that we should receive our money within 6 months. 6 months came and went and we did not receive a thing. We called Premier Property Management and they told us that it could take longer, while now it has been 4 years and we still never received our money back. They owe us over $12,000. Well now Premier Property Management no longer exists, they went out of business. Signature Residence Club does not exist either. We will never set foot in Cabo San Lucas again. In our opinion, Cabo is full of crooks, thieves and liars. The money we used to pay for this bogus vacation club, could have helped pay for our son’s college, but instead we have to take out loans. The people there prey on the innocent and naive. Never again will this happen to us or anyone we know. We will never attend another timeshare presentation as far as I am concerned they are all thieves.
