I took my family up to the ranch to attend in their land-sales presentation. We had a terrible time. The food was poor-quality institutional style. The room was tiny, with buckling floor panels, and tiny, double (not queen) beds. Three of the four of us woke up with food poisoning. Moreover, I had a terrible time getting any sort of internet reception there. You’d think that a resort would allow for that, and I thought at the time that it was an oversight, but have come to believe that this was intentional. The land-sale scheme is a scam, selling land worth about $3000 or less for as much as $22,000. By limiting internet access, they prevent potential saps (buyers) from getting information about the place.
