Complaint: I highly recommend you AVOID DOING BUSINESS with the disreputable organization. They utilize high-volume emails to encourage purchasing their list contacts, will place multiple calls, and offer u201cwhatever-you -wantu201d promises but WILL NOT DELIVER on any of their u201cquality Terms of Serviceu201d. Our pre-paid list took a month to be emailed (not 48 hours), and only after placing multiple contacts via email and phone. The list if 14,000 contacts had 9,000 duplicates. Upon the first mailing of a de-dupu2019d list 61% of the addresses bounced and on those delivered 76% were ignored to be opened. Within the list only 43% of the contacts represented the Business Titles we requested. Their TOS promise 95% – this is pathetic. On top of that, we have placed more than a dozen calls and emails to Kevin Roach, Chris Johnson, and u2018The Data Teamu2019 to resolve this issue which are completed ignored. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, there are plenty of other companies with integrity, helpful customer service, and true Business Contact capabilities out there.
