I booked a reservation with Smart Fares. They tried to sell me travel insurance and I refused. They said they were putting in travel insurance for free. I check my bank account and I had been charged for Insurance. I called to complain an demanded that they make no further charges to my card. They then charged my card another $98.00. They have a 12 hour refund policy published on their website. I demanded a full refund over the phone and via email multiple times within 4 hours of the original call and they refused to honor their policy. They are guilty of misrepresentation, Insurance fraud, breech of contract and more. Do not do business with these liars and thieves.
