I had 7 rebates with Staples and received only 4 of them. Staples customer service claimed that the other 3 had been cashed, but refused to provide copies of cancelled checks. The customer service manager said it wasn’t their job to get the rebates to the customer, only to issue a check and mail it. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, he refused to provide additional information and hung up on me. nOn the good side, upon contacting a corporate service number, I spoke with a very pleasant representative who has forwarded me to a corporate number.
