I bought a NAXA CD/MP3 car stereo. It was dead on arrival. I went through the required tech support ect and had to treaten them with credit card action before I got an RMA. Paid to send it back UPS. After waiting a month I had to threaten again with credit car action before they sent me another defective product. nBeware that these people will rip you off.
