I paid $219 in advance for 3-nights anywhere. When the package came it provided a website to use for booking. No phone numbers. Initially the website didn’t have a number or instant chat either. There were only a limited number of locations. And there was no way to pick one and know for certain that I would be able to get an accomodation. I had to pick three and maybe they would come back with one of my 3 or something near by. I suppose for some vacation roulette is OK. But I tried to look several times throughout the year for something and could never find anything that worked. Now my certificate expired and they will not extend it unless I pay another $149. Really?! They take your money and make it impossible to book a decent vacation. Total Ripoff!!!!
