Upon email agreement, on 5/13/2004 I sent payment of $75.00 via PayPal to Ms. Rowell for 25 new assorted dvd’s. I never received items and was given the runaround. nSeller is a liar and a theif as proven in my email documentation. The first time I stated I had not gotten the package she replied via email that she would have her “shipping department”” send another package and put a tracking number on it this time. nWhen I finally requested a refund on 6/27/2004

Ms. Rowell replied with “”it’s too late I already put a third package in the mail””. Which is BS

she stated she put it in the mailbox downstairs (25 dvd’s fit in a mailbox slot? oh and she did it within 10 minutes of my request for a refund so “”it’s too late””?!!! what happened to her shipping company?!?) You do the math… nAccording to her she has sent 3 packages now

none of which I ever did get. I have filed with Square Trade and PayPal and Ms. Rowell refuses to provide refund. I want my money back and others should be aware of this lying theif! nSarahnDemorest
