I ordered a pet tag for my dog in March, 2006. In just 3 weeks all the engraving disappeared! nI contacted terrificpets.com by e-mail and described what had happened. They never replied. After two weeks I sent them another e-mail asking for my money back or I would request a chargeback. nThey said I had to return the tag and then they would refund my money. I immediately returned the tag. Another 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing. I wrote again and asked for my refund ($4.95). They said I had passed the 60 days and to take it up with my bank. Their delays caused me to go beyond my 60 days. nNow they have my “blank”” tag and my money. nBethnCharlottesville
