I bought an Orbitrack machine from Thane a little over a year ago. It broke apart with repeated use. I ordered replacement parts and was told they were in stock and I’d have them in “less than 6 weeks”” nWell
it’s been 4 months and I still don’t have them. I’ve been told everything from they are on “”backorder but you will have them in (another) 6 weeks””
they are being “”shipped to you right now”” and lastly “”they are on back order and we have no idea when we will be getting them in””. nThis comapny’s merchandise is questionable and their customer service is horrible! Stay away from them. nMarynWrentham
