My partner and I rented an Apartment at The Blue Dolphin for January-March 2008. We paid $1,000 in good faith in March 2008 to secure the same apartment for January-March 2009. nOn August 1, 2008, my partner died suddenly. I decided not to go there this year and requested a refund in writing inthe middle of August. I have sent numerous letters, e-mails, and phone calls to Clint Gordon. He brushes me off and does not communicate. nI have contacted several agencies in Florida hoping to get this resolved. nThis situation was beyond my control because of my partner’s death.
