Free Shipping is not Free!!!

My Complaint: I purchased a sofa and ottoman that “Qualified for Free Shipping”. After I ordered it and paid for it with my debit card, they sent me an email stating there was a surcharge on the free shipping of $195! If I cancel the order they will keep 30% of my $679 as a “restocking fee”! Additionally, there is a bank fee of $35 to get the rest of my money back! Their prices are low on the website but after you order an item and pay for it, they will not ship it to you unless you pay more money. If you try to cancel your order; they keep a big chunk of your money with bogus fees!

My Demand: I would like my sofa and ottoman with the free shipping that my receipt shows. I want what was advertised and I paid for.
