I can not say one good thing about this facility. My father was in this facility for two plus weeks. The nurses there were not attentive and the rehab was below par. Several times during my fathers stay the water and the air conditioner were not working. He was in the rehab center for breaking a shoulder and a hip. He never walked (after two weeks in rehab) Once I met with my father’s surgeon , he was given permission to start physical therapy at home -After one session at home he was walking with assistance with a walker. Eve Levine the director is the most unresponsive rudest personl that I have ever met. I called her this week to help process some paperwork for insurance for my father and she REFUSED to give me the business person’s name and or number. If this is not completed by July 8th my father will be stradled for 1000’s out of pocket if they at the William Brennan Rehab Center do not complete his insurance paperwork. A nurse name Brittany was extremely unprofessional to my mother. She belittled mymother (after she was asked to step out of the room when my father was having an x-ray) and she literally screamed a the top of her lungs for my mother to get out of chair -My mother happens to be diabetic and was dizzy. Also , the speech therapist calling a family meeting one day (then she did not show up after I waited three hours) then she showed up the next day stated that my father had memory loss- (My father did not have a stroke ) He told the lady you are 14 hours and 55 minutes late for the appointment – Who has the memory loss? It appears she was looking to bill for her services for no reason, Please think twice before placing a love one in this facilty. Looks good from the outside- Clean and no smell if you happen to be there when the water and a./c is working =If you have a family member that ends up there I suggest you have an adovate or a nurse with your love one 24 X 7/ Without there help my father might have never been able to leave this facilty . A new staff and a new director that cares is badly needed.
