I ordered a dvd set on 11/5/07 from thedvdplanet.org and received an email that I would receive it 11/20-11/23. It didn’t arrive so I checked the tracking link they gave me for USPS. It appeared to have been averted across the country from where I live and there was never an update. I emailed the company from their website; they emailed back with some strange story about their database creating a zip code error and that they would re-ship the order directly without any tracking capability. nI immediately became suspicious, investigated and found numerous complaints about them. I emailed them to cancel my order and I contacted my credit card company to cancel the charge. Per their request, I printed out all the emails they send me as well as the tracking info.
