Got email today from the room owner asking me to cancel my booking as they have finger print access issue at the apartment. I didn’t believe this as its very suspicious telling me last minute now I have to find new hotel/ apartment and it’s all expensive!!! I went to search through agoda for other place to stay and saw the same owner posting $490 per night available for the same date they told me to cancel whilst mine was charged at $69. This is unacceptable and they should be band from agoda as its giving agoda a bad name and reputation. Who’s going to be responsible for my expensive booking now? I’m very unhappy.
