On April 22, 2004, we signed a contract with Timber Lodge RV Resort, we were informed via Jim Jerde, “that at any time in writing”” we could cancel this contract
and/or after 4 years we could have Timber Lodge sell the contract for us. We submitted our cancellation to Timber Lodge and requested cancellation immediately
we received a letter June 30
2008 informing us that we must continue for life to pay the dues and that if we want Timber Lodge to sell the contract for us we must pay them $399.00 for services. nWe have currently invested over a thousand dollars without ever stepping foot on the property and want to cancel this contract
We are being threatened by them if we don’t pay our dues we will be turned over to Monterey Financial Nationwide collection Agency for full remedy and being reported to the national credit agency which will reflect on our credit standing
