I booked a hotel through Priceline.com. Once I finished booking the hotel I was routed to a webpage giving me information about their Greatfun package. On that page it showed the price of $11.99 as a monthly fee. I closed out the page and did not select to enroll. Next thing I know I received this charge on my account. nI talked to the representative @ 800-290-8603 and was told that I had selected to enroll in the program. I am an IT professional and a webpage designer and I never enroll into any program that automatically takes money from a credit card and I know for a fact that I did not select their enroll button. nTheir webpage is evidently programmed to enroll a member the minute they are presented this page. Since a person has already provided their credit card info for the hotel reservations, their information is kepted and used for this membership without the member filling out a form to input the credit card info.
