Complaint: I purchased a Dual Hard Drive Docking Station in March. It took them 6 weeks to deliver from China. When it arrived, the boxed was crushed and the docking station was broken. I contacted them and received a robo email advising they would contact me within 48 hours. Never heard anything from them and I sent a second email with no response. They have no number for customer service. I then contacted PayPal for some help. They contacted Trending VIP and were told to have me send the item back. I would then be reimbursed by PayPal. Now I have to ship it back at my own expense after paying for delivery in the first place. That means I pay for shipping twice with no product in the end. I think I will stick to Amazon.
