My sister – currently travelling around the world bought a pair of ugg slippers for our mother who had been rushed in for an emergency operation and has now been signed off work for 3 months. nThese uggs were ordered on the 15th December 2008 and a confirmation was sent through to my sister with a tracking number and ID. We waited patiently for the EXPRESS delivery of the boots for my mother which over the christmas period we weren’t too worried when they did not arrive on time. After the Bank Holiday week and after still not receiving the boots my sister contacted the delivery company in Australia who said it had been sent by parcel force in the UK and delivered on the 24th Dec. Thinking one of our neighbours had collected it we checked on our side and finally got a name of which we did not recognise – so checked again and found out it had been delivered correctly and duty had been paid to a different county. nI emailed [email protected] twice and my sister from Aus did aswell with no reply. The website now diverts you and has no contact number.
