I recently bought some flowers from Urban Florist for my wife’s birthday. I ordered a fairly large arrangement of 45 flowers. nThe flowers turned up the next day, early when her birthday was three days later and I had left specific instructions. The wrong flowers turned up (10) in a Federal Express box badly damaged as they had rolled up and down the box whilst in transit. nDespite sending photos of the flowers as requested Urban Flowers would only offer to reship my order which by this time was a useless proposal as I had to buy alternative flowers for my wife from a local source. nUrban Flowers would not accept responsibility for the poor condition of the shipment blaming it on postal delays. Rather strange as the flowers arrived early. nAfter two or three email exchanges, they have stopped responding to jy arguments and I can not get their phone to answer. nMy advice is to avoid this firm at all costs nStephennAddison, TexasU.S.A.
