Recently flew round trip to Las Vegas with US Air. I have never in my life recieved such horrible treatment from the employees! At the Philidelphia airport, every single one was rude, not helpful, and grumpy. At the Las Vegas airport, a ticketing agent at the gate named Karrie E. was the rudest person I have ever met in my life! Since they are joining with American, I hope these employees will recieve better customer training. I have always flown with American and have never had a problem. Us Air needs some SERIOUS training on how to treat their customers!
