Complaint: I went online to chat and the first customer service rep said I HAD to BUNDLE or I could not get service for the internet. The second customer service rep said the same thing. The difference was the first CSR said 39.99 for 1 mbps and a telephone, the second said 7 mbps and a telephone for the same price 39.99 and that I had to bundle all services. I called the number listed for Verizon and got the government offices that service the government at Verizon who then gave me another number and said, I had to bundle or I could not get any service with Verizon. I asked does the FCC know you are forcing customers to bundle tv phone and internet even when you don’t need tv and phone? They didn’t answer, then I asked if they knew Lowell McAdam the CEO and did he know the bait and switch they were offereing, they didn’t know who that was. Everyone in Verizon knows the name of the CEO or shouldn’t be working there. I would never do business with Verizon, in fact I am flooding the internet with this terrible service by Customer Service Reps. No Verizon is not the only service around.
