Had this happen three times. nFirst time, so a charge to my credit card, so asked them where product was. Was told that oops, we didn’t really ship that – guess we’ll credit your account. If I had not noticed the charge my credit card, they would have gotten away with billing me for something they never sent. Claimed they found out they were out of the product after billing me, so couldn’t ship it. Funny how they forgot they billed me and there was no sign of a credit until I contacted them! nNext time, same thing happened, only this time they claimed they shipped the item. When I asked for a tracking number, amazingly enough they couldn’t provide one and suddenly decided to credit my account… nLast time, they supposedly shipped via UPS which guarantees ground delivery times. Item is late, so I ask VS to check on it with UPS. They inform me that UPS takes nearly two weeks to get the package to me. I show them UPS’s website, whcih says it should only take one or two days, so now they tell me that it is not UPS, it is the fact that Victoria’s Secret doesn’t care until it is 6-9 days later than UPS’s promised delivery date – they “allow”” 7-10 business days from billing me
regardless of what UPS promises. How nice to know they don’t care now that they have my money. nWhen ordering
