Complaint: I have been told by the Commission that, I can appeal until all appeals are exhausted and then I have to pay them For Their (admitted) “Mistake””. I have tried to contact several agencies and everyone lead you right back to VEC. I’m unable to even find an attorney in Virginia that will assist. I called Legal Aid and the best I could get was someone to speak to me about it. I was 2 days late filing and appeal and was told only way it would be excused is if I were in a “”COMA””. In the meantime the total they say I owe has “”Tripled”” and I have paper work showing I don’t owe this money. The mistake is “”They have added what I don’t owe””. Everytime you call they ask your SS# and Things are added
