Complaint: Customer purchased a product from me back in September 2018. This customer received the product and expected me to revise it to her own liking for Free. I regret not charging her for the custom change. Thinking I was done with this client, she sends me multiple emails about a special order and more products. I told her that I will not be taking on any more special request at this time. Customer then asked if I had a product that matched what she purchased. I replied to let me know that I do and directed her to the category. Within minutes after purchase, this customer sends me over 60 emails within 24 hours about how her two products are not a like and how I lied to her. She then insults me and threaten to file a claim to get her money back if I do not revise her product for her for FREE. I ended up refunding this LOONEY TOON and putting her in my spam box. This woman is crazy and beyond annoying. I would not advise anyone to accept service from her. She is a Fraud and a manipulator.
