Last year I ordered two leap frog games from Walmart.com I received one of the games and not the other one. It took them almost 3 weeks to refund the money on the game I didn’t receive. nThis year I ordered two pair of dance pants from them both the same size for my grandaughter. They sent me one size I ordered and a way smaller size. nI wrote their customer service and they said “unfortunately at this time the only way to return this item is by mail””. Well on the receipt I got with the pants it says you can return items to a Walmart store with original packaging and receipt. nI wrote them back stating that
and that I didn’t think it fair that I should have to pay shipping and handling twice; once to get the products originally
and then to ship the one they sent me in error back. nNow I’ve used walmart.com twice and had bad experiences both times. 2 out of 2 isn’t good. Beware if you order online from them! nDebranArriba
