Complaint: In June I spoke with Joe (Western Golf Shop) AKA Golfers Edge and placed an order for 2 orders of golf grips (13/order). I gave my debit card information and he took out of my account on 6/5/18 $160. After about 10- days I called having not recieved my goods. Joe answred the phone and he said they were on their way.. No fewer than 13 phone calls when I was given the same story he finally gave me (after twqo calls where he was cussing and acting like a maniac)a web site. That was [email protected] I finally got through to Sarah Calhoun. She respoinded and seai my gods were on thewir way. I wrote again after waiting several days with no goods (on 7/7/18) and gave her 7 business days from the date of my letter-which I sent attached to an e mail) and told the company I would take legal action if they hadnt responded…and that I would help other people like myself (a 70 year old pensioner) to not work woith this unreliable and rude company. This morning I called my bank and asked them to rec over the money from my account. Mt recommendation to anyone is not to use this company.
